British singer-songwriter Nao embraces a more organic musical direction with Autumn, a 2026 album released on October 16. The project explores healing, self-discovery, love, and the importance of slowing down.

Across the album, Nao delivers songs including “Eugene,” “Save The World,” “Burst,” “U R Loved,” “Hold Out,” “Fly Away,” “Living Room,” and “I Believe In You.” The project also features saxophonist Nubya Garcia and vocalist Roze, adding distinct voices to its live-band arrangements.

Before Autumn, Nao released Jupiter in February 2025, building on the musical journey established by her 2021 album, And Then Life Was Beautiful. Her earlier work blended alternative R&B, electronic soul, and experimental pop.

With Autumn, Nao steps into a warmer sound shaped by live instrumentation and expressive songwriting. The album offers a reflective listening experience, bringing together soulful performances and thoughtful themes that give this new chapter its own character.
