Ari Lennox brings a different listening moment with Unicorn, presenting a record that highlights the artist’s performance without moving away from a personal musical direction.

As part of Vacancy: Late Checkout, Unicorn contributes another sound to the project and gives the album a further recording to explore.

Behind the written composition of “Unicorn” is a contribution from Courtney Salter, whose songwriting work helped bring the lyrical side together.

What makes a song worth keeping often comes down to how naturally it fits your taste. Spend some time with this release and decide where it belongs in your personal collection.
