There is another release from Mac Miller to check out, and Soulmate carries the latest performance with a sound built around the artist’s own identity.

On The Divine Feminine, Soulmate stands out as one of the recordings that helps shape the sound and direction of the complete project.

The instrumental backdrop was created by Dam Funk, Nikolai “MisterNeek” Hamedi, whose production work provides the musical base supporting the artist’s delivery.

Credit for the songwriting on “Soulmate” goes partly to Damon Riddick, Eric Dan, Malcolm McCormick, Nikolai Hamedi, whose input helped shape the lyrics and written direction of the release.

A good addition to any playlist is a song that still feels enjoyable after the first encounter. See where this release fits among the tracks you already keep close.
